In the designing of the hotel we have been followed by a very famous international hotel company that will do the management once it will be built.The design of the is regularly registered and copyrighted by the engineer Enrico Botti. The Bridge hotel can be located on a river or an harbor, so to emphasize the view from the rooms.The Hotel will follow green buildings specifications for an environment friendly project.The main architectonic characteristics are:

- Minimized waste of land. The hotel is on a bridge with a little part on the river side;

- Photovoltaic cells and solar hot water panels placed on the roof;

- Holding tanks for recycling water rain;

- Natural covering materials that will be realized in Larch tiles;

- Envelope performance requirements will be adopted: Thermal insulation to reduce heat transfer and acoustical control for transmission path;

- Treated sewage effluent: process of removing physical, chemical and biological contaminants from wastewater. The process produces treated effluent suitable for reuse or    discharge into the environment.
